In the previous communication of VIRT&L-COMM.14.2018.2 (of September 2018) it has been announced that the EChemTest Spanish National Test Centre (NTC) has been reactivated in Madrid (at the Universidad Complutense) and that an ad hoc work team has been appointed in order to take care of the tasks necessary to carry out the various activities.
